Road runner suck they will repo your bike for 352.00 then tell you that you have to pay the remaining balance late fees and repo fees like seriously if it’s that easy I would’ve paid cash.
I hate Road Runner. Don't finance a motorcycle through them.
They never gave a repo notice. They should say, 'Hey,' in an email or text, 'Your stuff is up for repo,' not keep sending a reminder of how much the balance is.
How about letting the person get paid first? Maybe that morning they were going to make a payment.

Documentation needs to be submitted to the State of Tennessee for title and registration. Information was requested over a year ago and no response has been received.

POOR BUSINESS
Sold my SxS and they paid the invoice in full to Road Runner last Monday. And they keep telling my payment is late.
Sent them proof of payment with USPS tracking number, check number, invoice number and all.
What do they say back? "Your payment is late by x days".
Honestly will say i will never use this company, You are better off just using local bank

No notice and additional fees
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Horrible customer service, wasn't notified that a payment was reversed (for no known reason and I have notifications via email, phone and text setup) and they charged late fees and additional interest while I was trying to pay the loan off.
The payment was supposedly reversed days ago, so additional interest and a late fee tacked on without notification after the reversal. The only way I knew about it was because the funds weren't taken out of my bank account. I tried to talk with a customer service rep and said they will not return that money because it's not "what they do".
Corrupt way to do business, if you ask me. DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM THESE PEOPLE.
Preferred solution: Refund on the accruing interest and late fees after not being notified there was an issue with the payment.

Abysmal services
Truly abysmal. Outdated website, AWFUL loan offers, garbage customer service.
They kept calling and harassing me because saying they would send me to collections because THEY lost correspondence documenting my payoff. Be ready for a 17% loan if you go with them

We paid it off in 2022 and now a year and a half later they are telling me that we owe over 2000 still. When emailed with documents about paying the loan off they are not responding and when calling customer service they are telling me they never received these payments I made.

These company does not keep to privacy and very unprofessional
Have had multiple calls for a distant family member not paying a bill that I am not associated with by any means! They are harassing all family members with same last name to that individual and then employee named Leguntese says its private and hangs up on you when you ask why you are are being called!
I understand collecting debts but harassing and disrespecting family members is not ok or our problem!
Consider this when thinking about financing through them! I have no right to know this information about this individuals finances at all!

Deceptive business practices
With my first payment coupon on a new loan came written instructions from Roadrunner Account Services on how to set up monthly electronic payments. First clue something was fishy was when I entered the specific website and page address they provided and got a search results page.
Found out Roadrunner Account Services is a collection agency that charges a $4.95 fee for every transaction, even by phone.
User's recommendation: Stay far away from Roadrunner Financial Svcs.
I am making payments larger then my minimum to pay off sooner, yes every time you do a transaction they charge you additional money. They have zero help after hours, no option to help you if you still have a rotory phone, in one previous call was given three diffrent answers to one question.
I will never use this financial company or any of there subsidiaries EVER AGAIN!!! They would have many more comments but they make you leave an email address.
