Deceptive business practices

I am making payments larger then my minimum to pay off sooner, yes every time you do a transaction they charge you additional money. They have zero help after hours, no option to help you if you still have a rotory phone, in one previous call was given three diffrent answers to one question.
I will never use this financial company or any of there subsidiaries EVER AGAIN!!! They would have many more comments but they make you leave an email address.

We paid it off in 2022 and now a year and a half later they are telling me that we owe over 2000 still. When emailed with documents about paying the loan off they are not responding and when calling customer service they are telling me they never received these payments I made.
